I've ordered the new part, but I don't want to spend $120 for them to install it because it looks like it's pretty easy to put in. Anyone know how to get installation instructions? Investigation leads me to the assumption that the "hinge" is flexible plastic and mine snapped along its length so I don't see anything broken like a typical hinge. Aug 20, 2010·Oddly enough, after posting on this thread, the bottom of my glove box cover came loose (it was the top the last time). Again I took it out, put gorilla glue and clamps on it (but I had to just put a heavy weight on the bottom of it - couldn't get a clamp to that part), let it sit overnight, and now you couldn't pull it apart with a team of horses.

Jan 28, 2014·Drop the soft fuse box cover with the two plastic hold-downs in the passenger footwell behind the glove box. There is two black screws behind the glove box up pretty high; There is one on the right side, just pop out the small triangle panel on the right side. Open the glove box. Take the two front ones out.
